August First Friday in Downtown District Prompts Road Closure
WHAT: August First Friday Closures
WHEN: Friday, August 7th from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
WHERE: • North Washington Street from West Maple Avenue to West Randloph Avenue, • North Independence Street from West Randolph Avenue to West Broadway Avenue, • West Randolph Avenue from North Independence Street and North Grand Avenue, • North Grand Avenue from West Randolph Avenue to West Broadway Avenue
DETAILS: There will be a road closure to through traffic on portions of North Washington Street, North Independence Street, West Randolph Avenue and on North Grand Avenue for the August First Friday.
Motorists are encouraged to follow posted traffic control signs and to drive with extreme caution in the area during this closure.
