Technical Services

The department is responsible for the safe and efficient movements of vehicles and pedestrians throughout the City of Enid. The department also ensures that all building mechanical systems are properly serviced, maintained and repaired when needed. In addition, this department maintains our city-wide storm siren network, our utility division's SCADA systems and all school zone beacons.

Utility Services

The Utility Services Department is responsible for billing customers monthly for water, wastewater, storm water services and trash collection.
