Start / Stop Services

To start service: Fill out the form below and stop by our office at 401 W. Owen K. Garriott, Enid, OK, 73701
Hours: Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Closed on weekends and holidays.

Residential Customers

• Fill out the Residential Service Initiation Form:
  • Service Initiation Form - English version(PDF, 136KB)
  • Service Initiation Form - Spanish version(PDF, 139KB)
  • Two forms of Identification
  • Copy of your lease agreement
  • Deposit ($100 for residential customers)
  • Service Charge Fee ($25)
    *These charges will need to be paid on or before the date the service starts.

Commercial Customers

• Fill out the Commercial Service Initiation Form(PDF, 100KB)
• Minimum deposit ($200)
• Service Charge Fee ($25)

If you need to stop service, you may call us on the number listed below or visit our office. You will need to provide us with a forwarding address so that we can send you your last bill or a refund of your deposit.
