4th of July Celebration & Fishing Derby

Celebrate the Fourth of July at Meadowlake Park in Enid on Saturday, July 4, 2026.

The day begins with the Fishing Derby. Registration and check-in will take place at Pavilion 4 (north side) beginning at 5:00 a.m. All Fishing Derby participants must register and check in before going to their fishing post. Failure to register and comply with the set rules will result in disqualification.

Event Schedule

• 5:00 a.m. — Fishing Derby registration and check-in
• 5:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. — Fishing Derby
• 10:30 a.m. — Final fish weigh-in
• 11:00 a.m. — Biggest Fish Awards
• Noon to 8:30 p.m. — Paddle Boats (last boat out at 8:15 p.m.)
• Noon to 10:00 p.m. — Train Stop Express Concessions
• Noon to 10:00 p.m. — Miniature Golf & Sno Cones
• 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. — Enid Kiwanis Club Rides
• 8:30 p.m. — Enid Symphony Orchestra
• Dusk to 9:30 p.m. — Fireworks

How to Prepare

Plan your parking
General public parking is available at the old GEFCO lot, 2215 S Van Buren St.

North side parking is reserved for vehicles with disabled placards, event workers, and performers.

Register early for the Fishing Derby
If you plan to participate, go to Pavilion 4 (north side) at 5:00 a.m. to register and check in before heading to your fishing post.
