WHY: Mandatory Software Upgrade
DETAILS: The Enid Municipal Court will temporarily shut down its computer systems on Tuesday, July 14, to complete a mandatory software upgrade.
During the one-day upgrade, court staff will be unable to access court records or process payments. Individuals with payments due or other Municipal Court business scheduled for Tuesday, July 14, are encouraged to complete those transactions before the scheduled system upgrade, as services will be unavailable that day.
•No Payments: Payments cannot be accepted online, by phone, or in person.
•No Case Information: Staff will be unable to access or provide information regarding tickets, warrants, court files, or case records.
Normal court operations, including payment processing and access to court records, will resume on Wednesday, July 15.
