Intensive-Use Application Review
A developer has submitted an intensive-use application for City review. The application materials will be evaluated under applicable City ordinances and requirements.
Required submission materials may include a site plan, technical studies, and information addressing matters such as traffic, environmental considerations, water, electricity, nuisances, and other applicable requirements. City staff may request additional information or revisions as part of the review.
Developer Public Presentation
