WHAT:   Construction of new sidewalks in the Prairie Ridge Addition

WHEN    Monday, July 27th through Monday, October 26th

WHERE:   Location 1: South Johnson Street from Pawhuska Avenue to the Walking Trail

                  Location 2: Hayes Street from Pawhuska Avenue to Beverly Drive

                  Location 3: Chickasaw Drive from South Johnson Street to Ponca Avenue

WHY:    Sidewalk Improvement Project

DETAILS:  Construction of new sidewalks in the Prairie Ridge addition is scheduled to begin July 27th and will take approximately three to four months to complete. The project is located near Hayes Elementary School along Hayes Street, South Johnson Street and Chickasaw Drive with construction beginning at the intersection of Beverly Drive and South Johnson Street.

During construction intermittent lane closures will be necessary to construct portions of the project. Locations, durations, and size of the lane closures will vary and be contingent on weather.

Motorists and pedestrians are encouraged to follow posted construction signs and to use extreme caution when passing through the area during the construction.
