WHEN: Thursday, September 17 through Monday, September 21
WHERE: South bound lane of South Monroe Street from West Owen K. Garriott Road to West Park Avenue
WHY: New construction of commercial approaches
DETAILS: There will be a lane closure for the south bound lane of South Monroe Street from West Owen K. Garriott Road to West Park Avenue, allowing contractors to remove the existing old concrete and install new parking lot approaches in the area.
Construction is expected to last 5 days and is contingent depending on weather.
Motorists are encouraged to follow posted traffic control signs and to drive with caution in this area during the construction effort.
