Road Closure on East Elm for Concrete Repair

ENID, OK (September 25, 2025) –

Improvements are on the way for East Elm Avenue as crews work to complete important concrete repairs that will enhance driving conditions in the area.

WHEN: Monday, September 29 – Sunday, October 5th (weather permitting)

WHERE: East Elm Avenue

WHAT: Full Concrete Repair

During this project, a section of East Elm Avenue from North 2nd Street to North 3rd Street will be closed to traffic to allow contractors to safely and efficiently complete the work.

The driveway at 218 East Elm Avenue will be temporarily inaccessible during construction.

Residents and motorists are asked to follow all posted traffic signs and use extra caution when traveling near the work zone.

These repairs are part of the City of Enid’s commitment to improving streets and ensuring safer, smoother travel for everyone.
