City Digital Systems Scheduled to be Offline for Maintenance

ENID, OK (September 11, 2026) –

The City of Enid’s Information Technology Department will be replacing the Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) system over the weekend of Saturday, September 12 and Sunday, September 13.

During this period of maintenance, access to all City network services, phone systems, and online payment systems will be temporarily unavailable.

• No Payments: Payments cannot be accepted online, by phone, or in person.

• No Case Information: Staff will be unable to access or provide information regarding tickets, warrants, court files, or case records.

NOTE: The Enid Fire Department and Enid Police Department systems will not be affected.

This outage is necessary to ensure long-term stability and reliability of the City’s critical infrastructure.

The City appreciates the patience and understanding of residents as we complete this important and necessary upgrade. Services will be restored as soon as the replacement process is complete.
