Waterline Tie-in Prompts Road Closure on East Olive and North Grand

WHAT: Construction for Waterline Tie-in

WHEN: Tuesday, December 2nd through Wednesday, December 17th

WHERE: East Olive Avenue from North Grand Avenue to North 2nd Street and on North Grand

Avenue from West Vine Avenue to East Hickory Avenue

WHY: Improve water distribution for residents in the area

DETAILS: There will be a road closure on a portion of East Olive from North Grand Avenue to North 2nd Street and intermittent lane closures on a portion of North Grand Avenue from West Vine Avenue to East Hickory Avenue, allowing contractors to tie-in a waterline.

This closure is expected to last approximately two weeks. As always, this work will be contingent on weather.

Motorist are encouraged to follow posted traffic control signs and to drive with extreme caution in this area during the construction.
