DETAILS: There will a construction crews working alongside the roadway in the area of East Hickory Avenue from North Grand Avenue to North 4th Street for a waterline relocation project.
As always, this closure will be contingent on weather.
Motorist are encouraged to follow posted traffic control signs and to
drive with extreme caution in this area during the construction.
