Road Closure on North Adams Postponed Due to Ongoing Tornado Relief Efforts
WHAT: Postponement of Road Closure on North Adams for Asphalt Overlay
WHEN: Originally scheduled for Monday, May 4 through Friday, May 8 —postponed until further notice
WHERE: North Adams Street between West Yale Avenue and West Willow Road
WHY: Equipment and resources are currently being utilized to support ongoing Grayridge tornado relief efforts
DETAILS: The City of Enid Street Department has postponed the planned road closure and asphalt overlay project on North Adams Street due to the continued need for equipment and personnel assisting with tornado recovery efforts in the Grayridge and Southgate area.
A new schedule for the project will be announced once relief operations are complete and resources become available. For details about disaster relief, go to: Enid.org/DisasterRelief.
Motorists may continue normal travel in the area. Residents will be notified in advance when the project is rescheduled.
