WHERE: North 4th Street from East Cottonwood Avenue to Olive Avenue
WHY: Waterline Tie-in
DETAILS: There will be a planned water outage in the area of North 4th Street from East Cottonwood Avenue to Olive Avenue, allowing contractors to complete a full waterline tie-in.
