DETAILS: City of Enid Engineering Department announced West Willow Road from North Oakwood Road to North Cleveland Street will have moving lane closures to allow contractors to complete road repairs.
Motorist are encouraged to follow posted traffic control signs and to drive with extreme caution in the area during construction.
