Intermittent Road Closures on a Portion of North Grand for Railroad Concrete Panel Replacements

WHAT: Intermittent Road Closures for Concrete Panel Replacements

WHEN: Thursday, September 11, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

WHERE: North Grand Avenue at BNSF Railroad Underpass

DETAILS: There will be intermittent road closures on a portion of North Grand Avenue between West Locust Avenue to West oak Avenue at the BNSF Railroad Underpass, allowing Railroad Crews to complete concrete panel and rock replacement.

Residents are requested to find alternative routes, as there will be delays up to 10 minutes, as rock is removed above the roadway.

These intermittent closures are expected to last approximately one day. This work will be contingent on weather.

Motorists are encouraged to follow posted traffic control signs, be patient, and drive with extreme caution in the area.
