Enid Transit LogoEnid Transit provides affordable curb-to-curb ride-share services to transport you to and from any destination within Enid.

Our service is open to the public and mobility-device friendly, making it an excellent option for getting to work, appointments, shopping, staying active, and enjoying all that the Enid community offers.

Call 580-233-RIDE(7433) or use our online scheduler - rides scheduled after 4:00 PM will not be seen by dispatch until the next business day.


Scheduling Tips

  • Dispatch is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. For a $2 ride, schedule your ride at least 1 business day in advance. Same-day rides are $5 and are limited to availability.
  • Cutoff times for next-day rides:  Dispatch - 4:30 PM / Online - 4:00 PM. Monday rides must be scheduled by these times on Friday. If you miss these cutoff times, please call dispatch the next business day to see if they can fit you in for a same-day, $5 ride. 
  • Schedule your pickup time to be 1 hour before your appointment or work time.
  • Let dispatch know if you use a mobility device or cannot walk up steps.
  • We do not schedule rides from messages. Please speak to dispatch or use the online scheduler by the cutoff times.

Riding Tips

  • You must have the correct change or a punch card.

  • Watch for your ride. Transit drivers have a 30-minute window to pick you up. They honk, wait 5 minutes, and then move on.

  • You can only bring what you can carry when you board. This includes groceries. 

  • Children 11 and under ride free with an adult. Bring their required car seat or booster seat, as outlined by Oklahoma law.
  • Required personal care attendants (PCAs) ride free. Passengers who cannot travel alone to and from the curb must be accompanied by someone to assist them. Bus drivers cannot enter a residence or facility.

Punch Cards

  • Purchase your Enid Transit Punch Card with 10 Rides for $20, or Buy 3 - Get 1 FREE. That's 40 Rides for $60 ($1.50 per ride)
  • Purchase punch cards with cash or check from your driver or the Enid Transit office.
  • Purchase by credit/debit card and pick up your punch card on the bus. Call 580-616-7202.

Service Support

Services to Children

  • Minors ages 12 and older may ride unaccompanied on Enid Transit.
  • Children ages 6 to 11 must be accompanied by a responsible person of at least 12 years of age.

  • Children ages 5 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult or parent/guardian.

Services to the Disabled

All vehicles utilized by Enid Transit comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act guidelines for public transportation. When scheduling a ride with Enid Transit, please notify dispatch if you will be traveling with a walker, wheelchair, power chair, scooter, and/or a personal care assistant.

  • Power chairs and scooters with a wheel base wider than 30 inches must be serviced by our hydraulic lift buses.

  • Chair and rider combinations in excess of 600 pounds cannot be transported by Enid Transit vehicles due to weight limitations on our equipment.

  • Your PCA (Personal Care Assistant) rides free.
