PRESS RELEASE - Thursday June 12, 2003 Another volunteer Church Group Cleanup is underway! Monday, May 14, 2003, I met with Pastor Darryl Moore whom is the Director of Missions for the Perry Baptist Association. Pastor Moore and I discussed the project, and he emphasized their support in the program. In addition, he advised me that they certainly wanted to take care of any of their church members, and would help anyone in need. "It's just good ministry," he said. I gave my presentation at Western Sizzlin for their local Baptist Affiliate Pastors on Thursday, May 23, 2003. After the presentation, several Pastors expressed interest and left me their cards.
Mr. Ray Solomon, 320 Wellesley, has been on the help needed list for months. His property is very large, and I have been trying for months to organize cleanup using various resources. Finally, during a conversation with Mr. Solomon, I discovered he was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church. The rest is history! Emmanuel has already made an extreme impact on the property. They are sending people to the property on a daily basis. Once they are finished with all they can provide, I am going to use the Pride in Enid Assistance Program if needed.

PRESS RELEASE - Tuesday, April 29, 2003 (KGWA) Pride in Enid Project Advertisement Fund The project has developed a special fund for creating documents for public awareness. This fund will only be used for the costs of promoting public awareness through flyers, billboards, sponsorship decals, etc… The fund was created today, Tuesday, April 29, 2003. By a simple phone call, I was able to generated two generous donations. The contributors were persistent that they supported this project for our mission, and did not donate the money for recognition. However, I feel it is imperative we commend them for their commitment to "plant the seed" for other businesses.
