Narcotics Enforcement Unit

Part of the Criminal Investigation Division is the Narcotics Enforcement Unit.  The unit is supervised by one Sergeant and four Detectives.  The Narcotics Enforcement Unit reports directly to the Special Projects Division Captain. 

Detectives assigned to this unit, proactively, through covert means, seek out illegal drug and other criminal activity taking place in the community. As part of their mission, section members strive to develop partnerships within the community, other law enforcement agencies and the courts to address criminal activity and to improve the quality of life in Enid. They also serve and conduct “special operations” outside of drug violations such as specialized surveillance and vice crimes.
