Office Hours are Tuesday – Thursday 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., other times available by appointment.

Enid Literacy Council, Inc., a 501(c) (3) non-profit, provides learning materials and tutoring services to meet the needs of adults who wish to improve their academic and communication skills, thus promoting the empowerment of residents of Enid, Garfield County and surrounding counties by helping individuals raise their literacy levels.
