Log in using your City of Enid utility services account number. Note: Your username is your utility account number with coe before the numbers. Ex. coe123456.78. Your password will also be the same as your username.

You will be directed to a new page where you can create a new password.

Click “I agree to the terms and conditions” and click submit.

You are now in your account, click on the contact information tab and add/update your phone numbers that you would like the City of Enid to use when contacting you.
If you cannot log in using your existing utility account number, follow the steps below as if you are a new customer.
