Charged with establishing a local historic preservation program, integrating historic preservation into local, state and federal planning and decision-making processes, and identifying, evaluating and protecting historic resources in Enid.

Board Membership and Qualifications:  Seven members who are residents of the City of Enid, comprised of the following:

  • A member of the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission;
  • One registered architect;
  • One historian;
  • One attorney;
  • One licensed real estate broker;
  • One representative from the Kenwood Historic District;
  • One representative from the Waverly Historic District.

Terms of Office:  Three years.
