ENID, OK (March 27, 2012) - The City of Enid, Oklahoma is taking applications for vacancies on the following Boards:
CONSTRUCTION BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT & APPEALS
• One vacancy to be filled by a licensed electrical contractor, or a licensed electrical journeyman, to fill an unexpired term to March 1, 2014.
FIRE CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION
• One vacancy to be filled by any interested citizen of Enid.
POLICE CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION
• One vacancy to be filled by any interested citizen of Enid.
LIBRARY BOARD
• Two vacancies to be filled by any interested citizen of the City of Enid.
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FUNDING COMMISSION
• Two vacancies to be filled by any interested citizen of Enid.
Applications will be accepted until 5:00 P.M. local time on April 3, 2012. It is intended that these appointments will be made by the Mayor and Board of Commissioners at their meeting of April 17, 2012. The City Commission may, at its discretion, conduct interviews with applicants prior to such appointments.
