The Uniform Services Division is commanded by Captain Dean Grassino. The command structure is three (3) Lieutenants and ten (10) Sergeants who supervise fifty-seven (57) Officers.

The Uniform services division is comprised of uniform officers serving in either the Patrol or Traffic division. Patrol Division is responsible for a 24-hour, 7 day a week patrol of approximately 74 square miles and over 700 lane miles of roadway within the City of Enid and is the largest single division within the Police Department. Police officers assigned to this section provide service primarily via marked patrol vehicles. In addition to being a first responder to all criminal calls, the Patrol Division also addresses a myriad of other calls that include complaints, providing information, enforcement of traffic ordinances and crime prevention. This section has the primary responsibility for the department's effort to preserve peace, protect life and property, and the prevention and suppression of crime.

The Uniform Services Division strives to provide far more than the traditional response to complaints, committing themselves to the philosophy of Community Policing, preventing crime before it occurs, and teaching citizens and businesses how to reduce their chances of becoming victimized.

Officers assigned to the Traffic Division are responsible for traffic safety programs, accident investigations, fatal traffic accident and traffic crime investigations, traffic complaint problem solving and resolution, general traffic enforcement, and community event support missions. The primary mission of the Traffic Division is to reduce property damage, injuries and deaths caused by traffic collisions in the community. Preventative patrols, pro-active enforcement, community education, analysis of traffic collision data, investigation of traffic collisions and active problem solving are used to accomplish this mission.
