The Records Division within the Enid Police Department is commanded by Kevin Morris and supervised by Marion Kavanaugh. There are also five record clerks assigned to this department.
This department is in charge of all records pertaining to the Enid Police in regards to:
- Arrests
- Incident Reports
- Traffic Accidents
- Warrants
- Field Contacts
- Dog Tags
- Pawn Tickets
This department is responsible for all data entry of such reports and maintaining an accurate file system. The Records Department is responsible for monthly Uniform Crime Reporting (UCR) to the State of Oklahoma. This report tells the state of the crimes that have been committed in the City of Enid for each month. The Records Department handles all inquiries from the public.
