Aaron Brownlee is the Director of Strategic Development for TPI Staffing Service. His experience with creating sustainable and scalable business models has helped the growth of two prior companies. With plans for TPI Staffing Service to add locations across the state in the coming months, he will focus on developing a long-term strategic plan and implementing each involved element. His expertise also includes cultural and leadership team development.

Formerly, Aaron was the president and chief operating officer for Wymer Brownlee.  Under his leadership, the firm added four offices across Oklahoma, more than tripled its number of employees, and expanded its menu of services to include business consulting. During his tenure at Wymer Brownlee, Aaron worked to position the company for sustainable growth, monitored transitions and ensured the client experience exceeded expectations. He oversaw the leadership team and provided direction in all areas of the company. Brownlee also consulted for selective clients and enjoyed assisting others in building their businesses.

His leadership was recognized in 2011, when Wymer Brownlee was named #1 Small Business to Work for in Oklahoma by OKC Biz.  In 2014 the Journal Record honored Wymer Brownlee as a Beacon Award recipient for Charitable Influence.  Leadership Oklahoma also awarded Wymer Brownlee with the Business Leadership Award in 2015.

Brownlee earned his business administration degree from Northwestern Oklahoma State University in 2001, but his career in business began years before. While in college, Brownlee founded a digital storage company, which he sold in 2003.

Contributing to the community is important to Brownlee. He is active in many local and state organizations, serving as the Ward 2 Commissioner for the City of Enid, a board member of the Enid Regional Development Alliance, a member of the St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center Board of Governors, a board member for the United Way of Enid and Northwest Oklahoma, a board member of Community Development Support Association (CDSA). He spearheaded a program providing a corporate match for Wymer Brownlee in 2013 that tripled the donations of employees to community organizations, and he also encouraged the establishment of a company foundation.

He is a past executive committee board member and past membership recruitment chair for Leadership Oklahoma; former board member for the Greater Enid Chamber of Commerce, where he served as membership chair; a former member and treasurer of Society of Human Resource Managers; former board member of the Autry Educational Foundation, for which he served as chair for two terms; a former board chair and graduate of Leadership Greater Enid (Class XI) and graduate of Leadership Oklahoma (Class XVII). In 2012, he was named as an Achiever Under 40 by the Journal Record and he was named as a 10 Under 40 recipient by the Enid Young Professionals in 2013.
