City Engineer Director Featured in National Publication
ENID, OK (March 13, 2017) -
In the February 2017 edition of Municipal Water Leader magazine, City of Enid Director of Engineering Chris Gdanski details a project of constructing a 70-mile pipeline to address long-term water supply options for the Enid community.
In the article entitled The Kaw Lake Project: Laying the Groundwork for Regional Sustainability and Development, Director Gdanski outlines the water supply project within the three page magazine layout.
Gdanski said, “The February issue has a definite infrastructure growth and Oklahoma focus. The Enid story dovetailed excellently with the OWRB, OKC, Norman stories as it shows a state wide positive perspective on water infrastructure, long term future planning, and regional flavor. Additionally, the Kaw program has all the components of water systems and show how complex the solutions can be. This story can provide a sense of what can be accomplished in every community in the country.”
