Metropolitan Area Planning Commission (MAPC)

Rezoning

  • Application fee $150.00 plus a list containing the names and mailing address of all owners of property lying within 300 feet of the exterior boundary of the subject property as certified by a licensed and bonded abstracting company or title insurance company.

Planned Unit Developments (PUD) (Title 11: Chap. 10, Art. A)

  • Application fees $50.00 plus $2.00 per acre for underlying property zoned R-1, R-2, R-3, R-4, R-4A and R-5 plus a list containing the names and mailing address of all owners of property lying within 300 feet of the exterior boundary of the subject property as certified by a licensed and bonded abstracting company or title insurance company. 
  • Application fees $50.00 plus $5.00 per acre for all other underlying zonings plus a list containing the names and mailing address of all owners of property lying within 300 feet of the exterior boundary of the subject property as certified by a licensed and bonded abstracting company or title insurance company.
  • Applications are due 30 days prior to MAPC meeting. 

Commercial Incentive Overlay (CIO)

  • Application fees $50.00 plus $5.00 per acre plus a list containing the names and mailing address of all owners of property lying within 300 feet of the exterior boundary of the subject property as certified by a licensed and bonded abstracting company or title insurance company.
  • Applications are due 30 days prior to MAPC meeting. 

Use By Review (Title 11: Chap. 14: 11-14-1)

Site Plan (Title 11: Chap. 11)

  • Application fee $20.00.
